A Professional Baseball Player spends years paying their dues. It takes skill and hard work to have a shot at becoming a pro baseball player. Firstly, they are athletes and have significant experience with outstanding eye-hand coordination, physical stamina, and agility. They apply the three “p’s”, practice, practice and practice throughout their careers.
Professional Public Speakers write and deliver informative and engaging speeches to a live audience. Great speakers are not just born. They are vocal athletes with years of experience in vocal skills. They require enormous physical stamina using their body language, knowing how to move around the stage and mesmerize audiences with their talent and skill set. They also apply the three “p’s”, practice, practice, practice to their profession.
Watching a baseball player at the mound on the field shows their skill at concentration, self-confidence, adaptability and self-awareness.
Professional speakers have the same qualities at the podium. They exude self-confidence, adaptability, concentration, and self-confidence.
Both professional Baseball Players and professional Public Speakers are reliable, and care about every aspect of their job. They are conscientious, industrious and organized. They are experts in their fields, mastering their talents with proficiency and competence.
Professionals whether in baseball or public speaking means being reliable and competent in their skills, tasks and being courteous to others.
